One whole day, where we all honor pie…
what a delicious idea, how could we deny?
To do it up right, we joined forces with our fellow pie fans.
We rolled up our sleeves and lined up our pie pans.
But how could we spread the pie love, on this special pie day?
Why, by giving some of our delicious dessert pies away!
We had a pie eating race and painted pies on our face!
Harry Shepard loves pie, so we invited that guy
to play his jazz vibes to the pie loving crew,
while we all casually sipped Katz’s fine coffee brew.
Even though we had to leave our 1st Annual National Pie Day party behind-
