My name is Emily Holden and I am proud to be a new, contributing voice of OMPP’s blog. I am a recent graduate of St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX with a BA in English Literature. I am currently an intern for Texas CEO Magazine and aspire to work in magazine or academic publishing, while also pursuing a freelance writing career.
Apart from reading and writing, I enjoy listening to music, philosophizing with friends, traveling, and especially, exploring the great outdoors!
I believe that sustainable living and support for local business is important. That’s why I support the vision of OMPP whole heartedly. By blogging for Oh My! Pocket Pies, I hope to reinforce OMPP’s mission of providing quality and healthy food to customers through sustainable business practices.
